Prosper was invited by Lawyers of Hope Rwanda, and Solace Ministries Rwanda, to share with the Lawyers fellowship to speak on "The Heart of a Biblical Advocate"

As Prosper explains:

"The heart of a biblical advocate starts by knowing God and his will in the area of work where he was entrusted to steward and bring a godly impact. A biblical advocate raises his prophetic voice to call out greatness in the victims of injustice; he sees people as God sees them and proclaims hope. It is to speak on behalf of those whose voices were shut down by the world's loudest voice of unkindness, death and discouragement or hopelessness, and cruelty, etc... We are to advocate for the nature and character of God, and it is also a redemptive work of the image of God that was distorted by the world, and gives a real reflection of who God is.

It is an honor to partner with the Holy Spirit as an advocate par excellence. His ministry is to help us in our weakness in our prayers because he knows the heart of God and prays in accordance with his will. In the same way as a biblical advocate, we should also take the weakness of those who can't speak for themselves by relying on Him and address the injustice that they are suffering from, first of all to God, and then follow the legal and administrative procedures. If the Holy Spirit groans inexpressibly in his heart with Compassion for our sake, we have to embrace the same heart.

As biblical advocates, we should take the matter to the Lord before it goes to the court or anybody else. Our authority to confront injustice judicially through judicial institutions comes from our deep groaning to God."
